A Center Built for Awake, Local-Anesthesia Procedures
Infini Cosmetic Associates is the only facility in Scottsdale dedicated to the practice of tumescent liposculpture, and that focus shapes everything about the center. Rather than operating as a general surgical facility, the office is organized around one model of care: minimally invasive cosmetic procedures performed under local anesthesia, with the patient awake and comfortable throughout.
Dr. William Hall and Dr. William Shuell perform awake, local-anesthesia procedures here on a daily basis. With more than 25 years of experience and thousands of cases behind the practice, the treatment rooms and patient flow have been refined around this single way of working. Procedures are performed on an outpatient basis — patients arrive, have their procedure, and return home the same day, which is exactly the model of care that AAAHC accreditation for ambulatory health care facilities is designed to evaluate.
The surgical practice deliberately concentrates on liposuction and fat transfer, supported by non-surgical treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers, and we stay current with the latest technologies and techniques to provide safe, effective, minimally invasive procedures. Rooted in the Tumescent Method
The tumescent method — liposuction performed entirely under local anesthesia — was invented by Dr. Jeffrey Klein, and Dr. Hall trained directly with Dr. Klein before founding Infini Cosmetic Associates. The center exists to practice that method the way it was designed: safely, on an outpatient basis, under local anesthesia rather than general anesthesia. Planning Your Visit
The office is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Consultations are free, and Dr. Hall personally meets with each and every liposculpture patient to make sure the planned results meet or exceed expectations.
The center is located at 7473 E. Osborn Rd. in Scottsdale, near the Scottsdale Healthcare medical campus and just a short walk from Scottsdale Stadium and the restaurants, clubs, and galleries of downtown Scottsdale. Patients visit us from across the Phoenix metro area and beyond.
